Student Theater Field Trips 2021 – 2022

TMP Family Theater offers special mid-week matinee performances for school groups to attend a live musical theater production.  These tickets are NOT available to the general public.  Parental volunteers that want to attend a program with their children MUST purchase tickets in advance through the school.

TMP Family Theater Matinee programs will entertain, educate and inspire young audiences.  The experience of enjoying a live stage production performed by adult and child actors is one that no child will soon forget.

Our specially priced student matinees are designed to accommodate any size student group. All student matinee tickets are $10.

Although Horton faces ridicule, danger, kidnapping and a trial, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant.

Once upon a time, as all fairy-tales begin, there lived an ogre named Shrek. His swamp was invaded by castoff characters from other fairy-tales. To reclaim the swamp, Shrek must rescue a princess and in the process, he falls in love with her. Adapted from the animated feature film, this Theater for Young Audiences (TYA) adaptation will be cast with talented actors from some of our TMP Mainstage productions.
